SanDisk Professional G-RAID MIRROR
The SanDisk Professional G-RAID MIRROR is a dual-bay external hard drive solution that offers peace of mind for your backups and project workflows. Preconfigured in RAID 1 mode, commonly called “mirroring,” this device automatically copies your important data onto a second drive. This built-in data redundancy means that if one drive fails, your data is still accessible on the other.
However, if you want to change the MIRROR’s RAID mode, you can. Simply flip a switch on the device when you set it up to switch from the default RAID 1 to RAID 0 or JBOD, with no need for special software or apps. RAID 0 mode enhances both the device’s performance and storage capacity by merging the two drives into a single large volume. In JBOD mode, each drive functions independently as separate volumes.
The G-RAID MIRROR also features a PRO-BLADE SSD Mag slot (10 Gbps) so it also is compatible with the PRO-BLADE ecosystem.
